Liu Xiangmin Visits the Comprehensive and Intelligent Energy Project of China Power Intelligent Beike Industrial Park

On the morning of March 7, Liu Xiangmin, Vice General Manager of State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC), led a team to visit the Comprehensive and Intelligent Energy Project of China Power Intelligent Beike Industrial Park. Tian Jun, the Executive Director and President of China Power International Development Limited (China Power), and Yang Yufeng, the Chief Economist of China Power, attended the activity.

Liu Xiangmin visited the intelligent photovoltaic (PV) shed, Phase I PV Roof, the energy station, and the Comprehensive and Intelligent Energy Operation Center. He focused on the Intelligent Multi-energy Flow Energy Management System (IEMS), jointly developed by China Power and Tsinghua University. And he had a deep exchange with the IEMS R&D Team on functions like IEMS scheduling and optimization.

Liu Xiangmin spoke highly of the staged achievements of the projects of Beike Industrial Park. He pointed out that, though not big in number and size, the projects demonstrate innovative and intelligent elements and boast the characteristics of "Industry + Internet" and the value of market promotion. With respect to the next steps, Liu Xiangmin requested that, China Power is expected to continue to improve the intelligence level of follow-up projects, deepen the brand of IEMS system, summarize experience related to project development, construction, and operation, exert more efforts to develop comprehensive and intelligent energy projects in key development areas of China, and constantly amplify innovation achievements.

Tian Jun, the Executive Director and President of China Power extended his gratitude to Liu Xiangmin and his team for their visit and guidance. Tian Jun stressed that, China Power will continue to grasp the follow-up construction and operation of projects of Beike Industrial Park, summarize and promote project development experience, and develop more comprehensive and intelligent energy projects in key areas like Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the Yangtze River Delta, and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Fan Jihong, Sci-Tech R&D Director and Director of Dept. of Sci-Tech and Innovation, SPIC, relevant personnel of the General Office and Dept. of Sci-Tech and Innovation, relevant responsible persons of Comprehensive energy Department, China Power, and China Power Intelligent Information Security Technology Co., Ltd., and representatives of State Nuclear Electric Power Planning Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. were also present.
