Mr. GUI Xude, born in 1975, is a chief senior economist and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering majoring in materials management engineering and a master’s degree in management majoring in management science and engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (formerly known as Huazhong University of Technology). Mr. GUI currently serves as the chairman of CPI Holding.

Mr. GUI previously served as an assistant to the general manager of Three Gorges International Tendering Co., Ltd., the deputy head of the Human Resources Department and the head of the Corporate Management Department of China Three Gorges Corporation, the chairman of Shanghai Investigation, Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., and the head of the Human Resources Department (Reform Office) of SPIC. He joined the Group in 2026.
