GUO Feng, born in 1971, is an economist and a political officer in the PRC who holds a master's degree in business administration from the Party School of the Communist Party of China, Liaoning Provincial Committee. Mr. GUO served as the general manager of China Power (Shenyang) Energy Investment Co., Ltd. and China Power (Pu’an) Power Generating Company Limited. Additionally, he held positions as the deputy general manager of the Strategic Planning Department at both the Company and CPI Holding, the general manager of the Development Department of the Company and as the assistant to the president and director of the Marketing and Fuel Management Center of the Company.
