HUANG Qinghua, born in 1972, is a chief senior economist and holds a lawyer qualification in China. She has a bachelor's degree in law majoring in economic law from Southwest College of Political Science and Law (now known as Southwest University of Political Science and Law) and a master degree in law from Tsinghua University. Ms. HUANG currently serves as a director of CPI Holding, SPIC Chongqing Electric Power Co., Ltd. and SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Co., Ltd., and a non-independent director of SPIC Hydropower (formerly known as Yuanda Environmental, a company listed on the SSE), and is a special duty director of SPIC.
Ms. HUANG previously served as a director of Guohe Zhanjiang Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. and SPIC Aluminum & Power Investment Co., Ltd., the deputy general manager, the secretary of the board and the chief legal adviser of CPI Yuanda Environmental-Protection (Group) Co., Ltd. and the deputy general manager of Yuanda Environmental. She joined the Group in 2023.
