Lin Jie, born in 1976, is a senior economist and holds a bachelor’s degree in management majoring in business administration from Qinghai University through adult higher education. Mr. Lin previously served as director of the Labor, Personnel, and Compensation Management Center of Qinghai Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and director of the Human Resources Department (System Reform Office) of SPIC Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Qinghai Provincial Investment Group Co., Ltd. He joined the Group in 2026.
