Mr. XU Ji, born in 1978, has a master degree in accounting from Tsinghua University and a senior accountant qualification in China, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. XU is currently a director of Shanghai Power. He previously served as the head of finance of the Serbia office of China Road & Bridge Corporation, the deputy manager of the finance department of Overseas Business of China Communications Construction Company Limited, the assistant to the general manager and the financial controller of CCCC Industrial Investment Holding Limited, and the financial controller and deputy general manager of Beijing QriginWater Technology Co., Ltd. He joined the Group in 2020.
