ZHAO Yonggang, born in 1972, is a senior engineer and has a master’s degree in engineering project management from Changsha University of Science & Technology. Mr. ZHAO currently serves as a director and the general manager of CPI Holding, and the chairman of National Bio Energy Group Co, Ltd. Mr. ZHAO previously served as a Vice President of the Company, the deputy general manager of Materials and Fuel Department and the general manager of International Business Department for both the Company and CPI Holding, the general manager of China Power Hub Generation Company (Private) Limited, the general manager of National Bio Energy Group Co, Ltd and the deputy director of Guangzhou Representative Office of CPI Holding. He participated in the management of the Group’s power plants prior to the Company’s listing in 2004.
