ZHOU Jie, born in 1969, is a senior accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in economics majoring in accountancy from Changsha Water Conservancy and Electric Power Normal College (now known as Changsha University of Science & Technology). Mr. ZHOU currently serves as a director of CPI Holding, SPIC Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., Qinghai Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. and SPIC Aluminum & Power Investment Co., Ltd., and a non-independent director of SPIC Hydropower (formerly known as Yuanda Environmental, a company listed on the SSE), and a special duty director of SPIC.
Mr. ZHOU previously served as a director and the general manager of Wu Ling Power, a director of SPIC Guangdong Power Co., Ltd., the deputy general manager of the Hunan Branch of SPIC and Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., and the financial controller of CPI Xinjiang Energy and Chemical Group Co., Ltd. He joined the Group in 2021.
