Deputy Mayor of Huainan Conducts Investigation and Inspection at Shijiahu Photovoltaic Plant of Pingwei Electric Power Generating Company

On 26 October, Li Zhaohui, deputy mayor of Huainan, and his colleagues conducted site investigation and inspection at Shijiahu photovoltaic plant of Pingwei Electric Power Generating Company, with an aim to gain a better understanding of the construction, production and operation of Shijiahu photovoltaic plant.

Li Zhaohui and his colleagues visited the production workshop and centralized control room of the photovoltaic plant and asked for the details of the development and operation of Shijiahu photovoltaic plant. They highly recognized the achievements Pingwei Electric Power Generating Company has notched up in the photovoltaic industry.

Li Zhaohui gave a high level of recognition for the contribution of Pingwei Electric Power Generating Company to Huainan's economy. He acquired thorough understanding of the operation and development of Shijiahu and the difficulties the region faces. He urged the city and district governments to provide strong and consistent support to Pingwei Electric Power Generating Company. Meanwhile, he hoped that Pingwei Electric Power Generating Company could continue to give full play to its advantages and seize opportunities to promote the Shijiahu photovoltaic plant phase II project. He also wished to speed up the construction of the Shijiahu Yuguang complementary project and explore an operation and management model for subsequent periods, and by leveraging Pingwei Electric Power Generating Company's advantages in fly ash, to recycle fly ash effectively, in order to lead the development of the surrounding new construction material market, push ahead with the company's transformation and upgrade, and make greater contribution to the development of the entire city.
