Yaomeng Electric Power Generating Company Organized Turbine Maintenance Competition

Yaomeng Electric Power Generating Company organized a four-day turbine maintenance competition on 5 June.

The turbine maintenance competition comprised two parts, theoretical examination and technical operation. The theoretical examination was in written form, and the technical operation was processed with the company's retiring no. 1 unit. Participants could joined individually or as a group. The full score for individual competition was 100; participants were required to take part in the theoretical examination and technical operation and evaluated based on their performance in these two sessions; the result of group competition was based on the sum of each group participant's score.

The turbine maintenance skills were one of the most difficult maintenance skills to master and with the most technical values. The competition aimed to encourage employees to acquire relevant knowledge, enhance production capability and select outstanding talents.
