Ya Er Cliff Project at Datong Leading Base Phase II Successfully Connected to Grid
At 14:33 pm on 18 June, a good news was heard from the Datong Leading PV Application Base of China Power about successful grid connection of the Ya Er Cliff Project. This is another breakthrough in clean energy development after Hunyuan PV project was connected to the grid earlier this month. Now, all four projects at the Datong Leading PV Application Base of China Power are connected to the grid.
To ensure successful grid connection of the project, the leaders of China Power Shentou offered guidance at the site, providing labour and technical guarantees for the project. During the process, the weather was unstable with successive rainy and cloudy days and low light intensity. To overcome such unfavourable conditions, the staff and technicians of the project raced against time to complete the task. At 15:45 pm on 19 June, the project was successfully connected to the grid, putting an end to the grid connection work at this stage.
The Ya Er Cliff Project covers a site area of around 4300 mu, with a total planned capacity of 100,000 kW
