Dabieshan Power Generating Company Wins Hubei Carbon Market Performance Model Award

Dabieshan Power Generating Company won the Hubei Carbon Market Performance Model Award at the 2018 Hubei Carbon Market Summary cum Commendation Ceremony organised by China Hubei Emission Exchange on 2 Ausgust.

Dabieshan Power Generating Company attaches great importance to carbon trading. Since 2014 when a national carbon trading pilot project was launched in Hubei, the company has allocated active effort in capability building and regulation setting, strived to reduce energy consumption and emission, and carried out transactions diligently. Every year, it successfully completes the work on the preparation of carbon emission report, inspection, quota transaction and performance.

A total of 18 enterprises received the award, of which five were presented the Hubei Carbon Market Performance Model Award.
