Fuxi Power Company Resumes Dual-Unit Operation to Support Production and Work Resumption

The No. 1 and No. 2 power generating units of Fuxi Power Company were connected to the grid respectively on 19 March and 26 March and started operation at full load on 27 March. The power generation capacity reached 27.06 GWh, bolstering production and work resumption.

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Fuxi Power Company has made a general plan on continuous operation in the battle against COVID-19 and has been fully prepared for production and work resumption. The company took the lead in power marketing, stocked fuel in advance, paid special attention to the health and safety of equipment, and first resumed production with the 600MW coal-fired power generating unit in Sichuan Province.

At present, the company is taking the growth of power demand for production and work resumption to comprehensively carry out production and operation in an orderly manner, while continuing the fight against COVID-19, so as to strive for the annual production and operation target.
