CPID Signed Clean Energy Project Development Agreement with Chaoyang Municipal Government

On January 5, 2021, CPID and Chaoyang Municipal Government signed a clean energy project development agreement in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. Chaoyang Municipal Party Committee Secretary Mr. Jian Biao, Mayor of Chaoyang City Mr. Xie Weidong, Chaoyang Municipal Political and Legal Committee Secretary Mr. Lu Jue, and Party Committee Secretary and Board Chairman of CPID Mr. Tian Jun, attended the signing ceremony. The Executive Deputy Mayor Mr. Niu Dianxiang and Vice President of CPID Mr. Pei Wenlin signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties, respectively.

Before signing the agreement, both parties exchanged their thoughts and opinions and reached consensus on further cooperation to promote clean energy project development in Chaoyang City and jointly build a national demonstration zone to receive Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial transfer.

Mr. Tian Jun expressed his gratitude to Chaoyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for their long-term support and briefly introduced the business development of CPID. He said that CPID has always been committed to developing and contributing clean energy. He added that, the successful operation of Chaoyang 500 MW PV Power Grid Parity Demonstration Project in the last year is a witness of good cooperation between the two parties, and that CPID has decided to increase its investment to build three more new energy projects in Chaoyang City in the future to build a 1000-MW-Class intelligent new energy demonstration base and further promote the social and economic development of Chaoyang City.

Mr. Jian Biao expressed his warm welcome to Mr. Tian Jun and his delegation, and expressed his gratitude to CPID for its trust in Chaoyang's business environment and its contribution and support to Chaoyang's economic development and poverty alleviation. He said that CPID has rich experience and proven track record in the development and operation of clean energy projects. He hoped that both parties can further deepen their cooperation to further promote clean energy investment and development and build Chaoyang City into a national demonstration zone to receive Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial transfer.
