Yaomeng Power Generation Company Was Accredited by CNAS

Recently, the Quality Inspection Center of Yaomeng Power Generation Company ("the Company") has been accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).

The Company launched CNAS accreditation at the beginning of 2020 with the attitude of "being rigorous and scientific” in accordance with the Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories and other requirements and instructions, worked with reference to the CNAS accreditation process, established technical standards and time nodes in an orderly manner, conducted two internal reviews and a management review, and finally passed the on-site review by the CNAS accreditation team on November 21 and 22, 2020.

The CNAS accreditation has been effective since January 21, 2021 and is valid for 6 years, subject to annual supervision and assessment. The head of the Quality Inspection Center said that the CNAS accreditation marked a qualitative improvement in the operational capacity, impartiality and management system effectiveness of the coal laboratory, and a new starting point to continuously improve management, enhance technical capabilities and provide powerful support for the Company to reduce power generation costs and improve efficiency.
