On March 24, 2021, SPIC Hubei Company signed a framework agreement on investment in transportation and energy infrastructure with Wuhan Xinxing Binjiang New Energy Company and Dongfeng Changxing Sci-Tech Company in Wuhan.

Based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit, the three parties established a broad industrial cooperation relationship in developing projects in electric transportation, hydrogen energy, integrated energy utilization and other fields with their respective advantages.

The Company will adhere to the principle of complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win, and joint development, and cooperate deeply in the promotion of new energy charging and switching, on-line taxi and cab industry, and the investment, construction and operation of supporting charging and switching stations, hydrogen refueling stations and other transportation energy infrastructure, to promote the quality development of Hubei Province and the good start of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
