He Xi on Behalf of SPIC Signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Chaoyang City
In the afternoon of April 20, He Xi, the New Energy Chief Engineer of SPIC and the Board Chairman and President of China Power, and Sun Yongdong, the Deputy Mayor of Chaoyang City signed a strategic cooperation agreement as representatives of the two sides under the witness of Qian Zhimin, the Chairman of SPIC, and Jian Biao, the Secretary of the CPC Chaoyang Committee.
According to the agreement, the two sides will conduct cooperation following the basic principles of "complementary advantages, market-orientedness, mutual benefit and win-win". SPIC (through China Power) will, as a foreign investor, build a new energy industry demonstration base, a domestic first-class hydrogen energy industry base, a domestic first-class green power transportation industry platform, and a new benchmark of beautiful village characterized by "strong agriculture, beautiful village and rich farmers" in Chaoyang, in order to help build Chaoyang into a "carbon neutral" benchmark city in the province, develop SPIC into a major hydrogen energy and green power transportation supplier as well an advanced technology and equipment provider in the future, and provide green energy for China's "3060" declaration and "carbon neutrality" with concrete actions.
