Mr. He Xi Meets with Mr. Liang Lei and His Delegation

On June 4, 2021, Mr. He Xi, Chairman and President of CPID and Chief Engineer (New Energy) of SPIC, met with Mr. Liang Lei, Secretary of the Board of Directors of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. (CNMC) and Vice Chairman of China Non-ferrous Metal Industry's Foreign Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. (NFC), and his delegation at the headquarters of CPID.

Mr. He welcomed Mr. Liang and his delegation to visit CPID, and introduced the basic situation of SPIC and CPID as well as their achievements in clean energy development. Mr. He said that with more than 1 GWh of installed clean energy capacity, SPIC had a full range of clean energy and integrated smart energy, was one of the largest clean energy power producers, and had professional technical support platforms such as SPIC Central Research Institute and State Nuclear Electric Power Planning Design & Research Institute, with obvious advantages. As a core subsidiary of SPIC, CPID had many years of profound accumulation in capital, technology, talents and management, upheld an open attitude and flexible mode of cooperation, and had a broad space for cooperation with CNMC in investment, development, construction and operation in the field of clean energy and integrated smart energy.

Mr. Liang expressed his gratitude for the warm reception of CPID and introduced the history, business structure and development status of CNMC, NFC and China No.15 Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Liang said that CNMC was willing to work hand in hand with CPID, combining the advantages of both sides in their respective industry fields, enhancing understanding, relying on CPID's outstanding advantages in clean energy and integrated smart energy, actively conducting exchanges and discussions in mine rehabilitation, battery swap for heavy trucks, project construction and overseas projects, and extensively seeking cooperation opportunities to promote mutual benefits and win-win situation.
