Fuxi Power Generation Company and PetroChina Kunlun (Sichuan) Gas Co., Ltd. Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On June 16, 2021, Fuxi Power Generation Company, a subsidiary of CPID, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with PetroChina Kunlun (Sichuan) Gas Co., Ltd. in Chengdu, laying a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation between CPID and Kunlun Gas.

The two sides respectively expressed that they had a broad space for cooperation in the fields of new energy, distributed energy, hydrogen energy and integrated smart energy, and hoped that they would actively implement the agreement, give full play to their respective advantages and effectively promote the implementation of cooperation projects based on the principles of "equal cooperation, mutual benefit and common development".

According to the agreement, both sides will cooperate deeply in new energy project development, distributed natural gas energy services, and integrated electric energy substitution.
