CPID Signs Distributed Photovoltaic and Integrated Smart Energy Development Agreement with Rucheng County, Hunan Province
On June 29, CPID and the People's Government of Rucheng County, Hunan Province signed the "Agreement on Development of Distributed Photovoltaic and Integrated Smart Energy Projects in Rucheng County". With joint efforts, the two parties will implement the rural revitalization strategy and help build Rucheng into a "carbon neutral" benchmark demonstration county in Hunan Province. Mr. He Xi, Chairman and President of CPID and Chief Engineer (New Energy) of SPIC, and Mr. He Zunqing, Vice Mayor of Chenzhou, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing of the agreement.
Mr. Zhao Yonggang delivered a speech on behalf of CPID. He pointed out that CPID would take the signing of this agreement as an opportunity to promote the development of distributed photovoltaic and integrated smart energy projects in Rucheng County, give full play to its advantages in management, funds, technology and talents, and sincerely cooperate with Rucheng County Government to draw on each other's strengths, work together to promote rural revitalization, help Rucheng achieve the regional carbon neutral goal, and jointly build a "carbon neutral" benchmark demonstration county.
On behalf of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Mr. He Zunqing warmly welcomed the investment of SPIC and CPID in Rucheng. He affirmed that they are responsible central enterprises, and expected both parties to seize opportunities in cooperation, draw on each other's strengths, transform the environmental advantages and resource advantages of Rucheng into economic advantages, set a good example for cooperation between local government and central enterprises, and improve the life quality and happiness of people in old revolutionary base areas.
During his stay in Chenzhou, Mr. He also met with Mr. Wu Jupei, Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor of Chenzhou. They discussed the overall planning of energy consumption in the county, the beautiful village construction and relevant measures, and the development of new energy projects, and identified the future cooperation directions.
