CPID and Yangshou Town Sign Cooperation Agreement

On July 16, 2021, CPID and the Government of Yangshou Town signed a cooperation agreement on the construction of a new energy eco-town.

According to the agreement, CPID will develop ground-based concentrated PV, distributed rooftop PV, wind power projects, and industrial combined-supply and integrated smart energy projects in Yangshou Town, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, enabling Yangshou Town to build a "new energy eco-town" through the development of green energy.

Yangshou Town is close to the main urban area of Yangzhou, with a number of large manufacturing enterprises and a good economic development momentum.

China Power (Yangzhou) New Energy Development Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City in April 2021, in which CPID holds a 95% stake, as CPID's development base in Yangzhou.
