CPID Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Ping An Bank
On July 19, 2021, CPID signed a bank-enterprise strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Branch of Ping An Bank. Mr. He Xin, Chairman of CPID and Chief Engineer (New Energy) of SPIC, and Mr. Ju Weiping, Vice President of Ping An Bank and President of Beijing Branch, attended the signing ceremony and witnessed the signing of the agreement.
Mr. Xu Ji, Deputy Chief Accountant of CPID, and Mr. Wang Kai, Executive Deputy President of Beijing Branch of Ping An Bank, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
Before the signing ceremony, both sides had an in-depth exchange on the bank-enterprise cooperation, the "3060" carbon targets, the future business scenarios of the energy industry in the context of rural revitalization, and the development of energy industry in and out of China.
Mr. He expressed his gratitude to Ping An Bank for its continuous care and support for CPID, and said that national strategies such as "3060" carbon targets and rural revitalization would provide more opportunities for the cooperation between both sides. CPID welcomes partners with an open mind to participate in CPID's transformation and share its fruits. The multi-faceted cooperation with Ping An Bank is an important step to accelerate CPID's transformation and boost industry upgrade. Mr. He said, as the main force of new energy development, CPID would further increase the investment in new energy assets and firmly promote the national strategies like "3060" carbon targets and building a new power system. Mr. He hoped that with Ping An Bank's comprehensive financial services, both sides could achieve win-win cooperation and common development.
Mr. Ju expressed his appreciation for the support and trust given to Ping An Bank by CPID, briefly introduced Ping An Bank's development ideas and advantages in the energy sector, and expressed his affirmation of the openness of CPID and the foresight, awareness and pioneering spirit of SPIC in the new energy industry, and his full willingness to strengthen cooperation with CPID. Mr. Ju also expressed his hope to further strengthen cooperation with CPID on the basis of the existing good cooperation at the group level between both sides, and provide better support and services for CPID's clean energy transition.
According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both sides will strengthen cooperation, establish a long-term constructive strategic partnership, carry out all-round cooperation in various fields, expand the advantages of both sides in their respective fields, and achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.
