2CPID Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Qinghai Mingde

On August 5, 2021, Mr. Gao Ping, Executive Director and President of CPID, met with Mr. Feng Yi, Chairman of Qinghai Mingde Energy Group Co., Ltd., and his delegation at the headquarters of CPID, and witnessed the conclusion of the strategic cooperation agreement between both sides, together with Mr. Zhao Yonggang, Vice President of CPID.

Mr. Gao extended a warm welcome to Mr. Feng and his delegation, and introduced the history and development goals of CPID, as well as its achievements in clean energy, hydrogen energy and energy storage, and co-investment incentives. Mr. Feng then detailed the development and planning of Qinghai Mingde in household PV, hydrogen production from green electricity, incremental distribution network and digital energy, and expected in-depth cooperation with CPID in developing new energy and winning market share.

Both sides reached a consensus on developing a cooperation platform and diversified cooperation by giving full play to their respective advantages in resources, market, capital and technology. They were going to set up a joint venture platform without delay for promoting exchanges and cooperation on clean energy and comprehensive smart energy in Qinghai and Xinjiang in combination with co-investment and other incentives.
