Mr. He Xi Meets with Wang Guobing

On August 23, 2021, Mr. He Xi, Chairman of CPID and Chief Engineer (New Energy) of SPIC, met with Mr. Wang Guobing, Secretary of Macheng Municipal Party Committee, and his delegation at the headquarters of CPID.

Mr. He extended a warm welcome to Wang Guobing and his delegation, and expressed his gratitude for the continuous support of Macheng Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. Mr. He said that this was a critical stage of the application of the 1000 MW class multi-energy complementary renewable energy base project, and hoped that Macheng Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government would give more support to facilitate the approval of the project. Mr. He also hoped that both sides would strengthen communication, give full play to the resource advantage of Macheng, and facilitate the implementation of high quality projects in the city to help promote the sustainable development of Macheng as well as the development of enterprises in Macheng. Mr. He said that in the future, CPID would continue its efforts to boost the industry structure upgrade, rural revitalization, and high-quality economic and social development of Macheng.

Mr. Wang Guobing appreciated the contributions made by CPID to the economic development of Macheng city, and hoped that CPID would increase its investment in Macheng. Mr. Wang also said that Macheng would make every effort to facilitate the approval of the 1000 MW class multi-energy complementary renewable energy base project, and provide all-round support for CPID to commence the project as early as possible.

Mr. Feng Xiang, Deputy Secretary of Macheng Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of Macheng Political and Legal Affairs Commission, Mr. Shou Rufeng, Vice President of CPID, and Mr. Huo Bing, Head of Administration Department and Development Department of CPID, General Manager of Dabieshan Power Generation Company, attended the meeting.
