Mr. He Xi and Mr. Gao Ping Meet with Mr. Zhao Wenfeng

On September 8, 2021, Mr. He Xi, Chairman of CPID and Chief Engineer (New Energy) of SPIC, and Mr. Gao Ping, Executive Director and President of CPID, met with Mr. Zhao Wenfeng, Mayor of Pingdingshan City, and his delegation, at the headquarters of CPID.

Mr. He extended a warm welcome to Mr. Zhao Wenfeng and his delegation and expressed his gratitude to the Municipal Committee of the Communist Party and the Government of Pingdingshan City for their continuous support to CPID. Mr. He said that, on the basis of cooperation in traditional energy, CPID was planning the development of energy storage, geothermal power, PtG, agricultural modernization and other industries in Pingdingshan City, so as to tap regional resources, promote the upgrade of regional industrial structure and rural revitalization, and help Pingdingshan City's high- quality economic and social development.

Mr. Zhao expressed his gratitude to CPID for its contribution to the economic development of Pingdingshan City, hoping that both sides would continue to cooperate in an all-round way under the strategic cooperation framework agreement between both sides. He, on the other hand, hopd that CPID would make full use of Pingdingshan's regional resources and continue to increase its investment in the city, and strengthen cooperation with Pingdingshan on urban transformation, green low-carbon resource development, and agricultural product development. He said that the Pingdingshan Municipal Government would give strong support to CPID and act as a testing ground for CPID's green, innovative and high-quality development to promote cooperation between the two sides.
