SPIC Shandong Branch Establishes Strategic Cooperation Relationship with State Grid Shandong Integrated Energy and Shandong Oceanwide Development

On September 8, 2021, SPIC Shandong Branch signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with State Grid Shandong Integrated Energy Services Co., Ltd. and Shandong Oceanwide Development Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. in Jinan. Mr. Xing Fu, Executive Director and General Manager of Shandong Branch, Mr. Guo Guanghua, Chairman of State Grid Shandong Integrated Energy Services Co., Ltd., and Mr. Wang Yugang, General Manager of Shandong Oceanwide Development Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.

Mr. Xing Fu expressed his gratitude to the other two companies for their continuous support to SPIC. He said that Shandong Branch had been taking active steps to promote SPIC's new business forms, new models, and new technologies. This cooperation created a valuable opportunity for the energy restructuring and "3060" carbon targets of Shandong Province. Mr. Xing Fu hoped that the three sides would give full play to their respective strengths in power grid, channels, funds and brand, and strengthen cooperation in county-wide development, household PV, integrated energy, and green transportation. In the near future, the three sides would continue their concerted and effective efforts to optimize business models and promote the implementation of the project as early as possible.
