CPID Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Government of Loudi City

September 17, 2021, CPID signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Loudi Municipal People's Government in Loudi City, Hunan Province. Mr. Zeng Chaoqun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Acting Mayor of Loudi City, Mr. Jiang Tianhai, Executive Vice Mayor of Loudi City, Mr. Zhao Yingliang, Vice Mayor of Loudi City, Mr. Hu Zhongwei, Vice Mayor and Secretary General of Loudi City, Mr. Li Tie, Deputy Director of Capital Department of SPIC, and Mr. Zhao Yonggang, Vice President of CPID, attended the signing ceremony. Mr. Zhao Yonggang and Mr. Zhao Yingliang signed the agreement on behalf of their respective side.

Mr. Li Tie expressed his gratitude for the support given by the Government of Loudi City to CPID, and introduced the basic situations of SPIC and CPID as well as SPIC's "Red Centennial" campaign. He said that CPID would focus on the implementation of the "3060" carbon targets, rural revitalization, old revolutionary area revitalization and other task deployments, to take advantage of Loudi's transformation and development, work together to promote the city's rural revitalization, energy restructuring, upgrading of traditional industries, ecological environmental protection and other business development, and contribute to the regional economic and social development.

Mr. Zeng Chaoqun expressed his welcome to the visit of the SPIC and CPID delegation. He pointed out that the Government of Loudi City and CPID would take this signature of the agreement as a new starting point, and both sides would take their advantages to extend the industrial chain, further deepen exchanges and cooperation, and constantly expand the field and scale of cooperation based on the framework agreement. He said that both sides would also optimize their services, create first-class conditions and environment to fully support the construction of projects, and achieve mutual benefits, win-win situation and common development through the joint efforts of both sides, turning Loudi City into a high-quality low-carbon development model city.
