Mr. Fu Jinsong Attends Guangzhou Smart Property Management Expo
From October 27 to 29, 2021, Mr. Fu Jinsong, Vice President and Acting Chairman of Labor Union of CPID, led a team to attend the Guangzhou Smart Property Management Expo. During the event, Mr. Fu was invited to deliver a keynote speech at the 2021 Guangzhou Smart Property Management Industry Summit Forum, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Guangzhou Property Management Association on behalf of CPID.
Focusing on the theme of Lower Carbon Empower Better Life - Helping the Green and Low Carbon Transition of Large Properties in the New Era, Mr. Fu said in his speech that CPID had just released its new corporate strategy and had created a new development track by means of cross-industry integration. He said that CPID, as a new partner of cross-industry integration in the property industry, was taking the initiative to remove the barriers, meet the trend of the times of cross-industry innovation, actively turn to the property management platform and the big ecosystem, and boost the green and low-carbon transition of large properties in the new era. In addition, Mr. Fu also introduced CPID's development in battery swap for heavy trucks, electrochemical energy storage, geothermal energy, low-carbon and zero-carbon beautiful village construction, etc. He hoped that CPID could bring a bright green to the property industry through this expo, empowering property ecology with green and a better life with low carbon.
On October 28, 2021, Mr. Fu led his delegation to call on Mr. Wu Wei, Deputy General Manager of Yuexiu Property and CEO of Yuexiu Service Group, and had an in-depth discussion on the possibility of the future cooperation between both sides. Mr. Wu extended a warm welcome to Mr. Fu and his delegation, and introduced the current business situation and development history of Yuexiu Group. He said that in recent years, Yuexiu Property had made comprehensive efforts in the field of "residential + commercial + new business", and vigorously develop urban space services and intelligent consulting services, and strived to seek differentiated development from traditional real estate and property companies. He also said that the green and low-carbon development concept and achievements of CPID provide Yuexiu Property with new ideas and broaden the outreach of cooperation.
Mr. Fu said that in the four categories of 24 comprehensive typical smart application scenarios sorted out by CPID, many scenarios are the object of property industry management and services. He said that CPID was willing to discuss the integrated smart energy solutions for commercial buildings, industrial parks and others with Yuexiu Property, create green buildings and intelligent property, implement green and low-carbon upgrading of old neighborhoods, break the original industry boundaries, and work together to create a new ecology of green property.
On October 29, 2021, Mr. Fu, on behalf of CPID, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Mr. Li Yongxin, President of Guangzhou Property Management Association, in which both sides intend to cooperate deeply in the fields of green and low-carbon smart community, digital energy services and virtual power plant construction.
The representatives of CPID's subsidiaries, such as China Power Smart, Qiyuan Core Power Co., Ltd., Xinyuan Smart Energy Storage Co., Ltd., and Zongdian Jihe (Qinchuan Property, Suyu Agriculture), also attended the expo, displaying the latest products, cutting-edge technologies and first-class services in their respective business fields. According to statistics, more than 12 preliminary cooperation intentions were reached between CPID (including its subsidiaries) and the expo participants. Shenzhen Property Management Association, Shandong Property Management Association, Zhuhai Property Management Association, and Inner Mongolia Property Management Association have expressed their hope to establish strategic partnership with CPID.
