Hunyuan Phase II 100 MW Grid Parity PV Project Synchronized at Full Load
On October 31, 2021, Hunyuan Phase II 100 MW Grid Parity PV Project was synchronized at full load. The project, a mountainous PV power project developed and built jointly by CPID and Xi'an LONGi Clean Energy Company, is located in Hunyuan County, Shanxi Province, with an installed capacity of 100 MW, covering a total land area of about 3,692 mu. The operation of the project has laid a solid foundation for CPID to further promote the development of clean energy in Shanxi Province based on CPID's location advantage.
The project is expected to supply more than 160 GWh of electricity to the power grid annually, save about 51,000 tons of standard coal, reduce SO2 emissions by about 33 tons, CO2 emissions by about 140,000 tons and NOx emissions by about 31.4 tons. The project helps CPID advance its strategic transition and build a "world-class green low-carbon energy supplier"
