A Carbon Emission Online Monitoring System Put into Operation in Dabieshan Power Generation Company
On November 8, 2021, the carbon emission online monitoring system of Unit 4 was put into operation at Dabieshan Power Generation Company, as the first in Hubei Province.
In the context of the "3060" target, carbon emission costs have more and more obvious impact on the expenditure of thermal power plants. In order to improve the competitive advantage in the market, Dabieshan Power Generation Company added a carbon emission monitoring module to the original smart operation system of Unit 4 to improve the accuracy of carbon emission measurement, monitor carbon emissions in real time, and guide the development of targeted carbon emission reduction measures.
