Gao Ping meets with top leaders of Inner Mongolia Taixi Coal Group

On December 6, 2021, Mr. Gao Ping, Executive Director and President of CPID and Chairman of China Power New Life Town, met with Chairperson Ms. Wang Haixia and General Manager Mr. Zhang Shitao of Inner Mongolia Taixi Coal Group, and attended the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between China Power New Life Town and Inner Mongolia Taixi Coal Group. Mr. Niu Guiyu, Deputy Director of CPID, attended the meeting and the signing ceremony.

Mr. Gao first extended a warm welcome to Ms. Wang Haixia, Mr. Zhang Shitao and their delegation, and then introduced SPIC's achievements in energy development and CPID's new strategy and industrial roadmap. He remarked that China Power New Life Town was a leading asset-light platform company engaged in rural revitalization and zero-carbon industry, and he hoped that the two sides could fully cooperate with each other and give full play to their respective advantages to jointly build a demonstration base of rural revitalization and a model of common wealth.

Ms. Wang Haixia and Mr. Zhang Shitao spoke highly of the industrial development of CPID with four words: "all-round", "new", "wide" and "cross-discipline", and expressed their appreciation for cooperation with CPID. They also introduced their main industries, business presence, and resource advantages. Ms. Wang invited the professional team of China Power New Life Town to pay a visit to Taixi Coal Group, and she expressed the hope that the cooperation project would be implemented as soon as possible.

At the meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on cooperation in new energy, rural revitalization, integration of source, grid, load and storage in mining areas, integrated smart energy, green electric traffic, energy storage, carbon trading, development of high value-added coal industries, and efficient development and utilization of coalbed methane.

After the symposium, Gao Ping attended the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between China Power New Life Town and Inner Mongolia Taixi Coal Group, and witnessed the signing of the agreement by representatives on behalf of both sides.
