CPID signs strategic cooperation agreement with Tangshan government and Luannan government

On December 7, 2021, CPID signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tangshan Municipal People's Government and Luannan County People's Government at the headquarters of CPID. Mr. He Xi, Chairman of CPID and Chief Engineer (New Energy) of SPIC, Mr. Gao Ping, Executive Director and President of CPID, Mr. Tian Guoliang, Deputy Secretary of CPC Tangshan Municipal Committee and Mayor of Tangshan City, Mr. Zhang Tao, Deputy Mayor of Tangshan, Ms. Zi Hui, Deputy Secretary General of Tangshan Municipal Government, Ms. Lv Suqing, Secretary of CPC Luannan County Committee, Mr. Wang Hao, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Luannan County Committee and Minister of United Front Work, and Mr. Yang Qi, Deputy Head of Luannan County attended the signing ceremony. Gao Ping, Zhang Tao, and Yang Qi signed the agreement respectively for and on behalf of the three parties.

Before signing the agreement, the three parties held friendly talks. He Xi expressed that, CPID was willing to cooperate with its partners to develop a package of green and low-carbon energy development plans, industrial solutions and financial service plans for Tangshan, and promote development in clean energy, integrated smart energy, rural revitalization, fine chemicals, industrial finance, etc., so as to drive high-quality development of Tangshan, make contributions to the local economic development, and coordinate all partners to accelerate the implementation of projects.

Mr. Tian Guoliang expressed his gratitude to CPID for making investment in Tangshan and Luannan. He added that, the government would create a favorable business environment, further streamline the approval procedures, actively promote the implementation of projects, and work together to create a win-win model of central-local cooperation.
