CPID Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Wasion Holdings

On December 16, 2021, CPID and Wasion Holdings Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the headquarters in Beijing. Mr. He Xi, Chairman of CPID and Chief Engineer (New Energy) of SPIC, and Mr. Ji Wei, Chairman of Wasion Holdings, signed the agreement on behalf of both sides, respectively.

Both sides had a friendly talk before the signing ceremony. Mr. He said that Wasion Holdings and CPID, both as listed companies in Hong Kong, were actively responding to the national "3060" target, to accelerate the development of new energy. Recently, the cooperation between both sides had gained good momentum with realistic effect; CPID was expecting in-depth cooperation with Wasion Holdings in PV agriculture, integrated intelligent energy, rural revitalization, energy storage, green electric transportation, and logistics and transportation services, giving full play to the advantages of both sides, coordinating resources from all sides and exploring together to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.

Mr. Ji expressed his gratitude for the support and trust given by CPID, saying that the recent development momentum of CPID was obvious to all, and had attracted much attention in the Hong Kong and global capital markets. Mr. Ji pointed out that Wasion Holdings, as a leader in China's energy metering and new energy service, owned full process expertise, qualification and rich experience in new energy projects, fit with CPID's accelerated development of new energy, and was willing to develop new energy, energy storage, intelligent energy, green electric transportation and other new business projects together with CPID.
