SPIC Hubei Branch Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Lingyang Energy Group

On February 12, 2022, SPIC Hubei Branch signed a strategic cooperation agreement and had an in-depth exchange on new energy development and carbon peaking and carbon neutrality business with Lingyang Energy Group. Mr. Zou Zhenyu, GM of SPIC Hubei Branch, and Mr. Lu Yonghua, President of Lingyang Energy Group, participated in the relevant activities.

Mr. Zou expressed his gratitude to Lingyang Energy Group for its continuous care and support to SPIC Hubei Branch, introduced SPIC's situation, development characteristics, innovation achievements and open-cooperation concept in terms of green development and national major special projects, as well as the cooperation between the company and some cities in Hubei Province, and expressed his willingness to complement the advantages with Lingyang Energy Group and jointly promote the implementation of projects.

Mr. Lu extended a warm welcome to Mr. Zou and his delegation, and introduced the main business segments and future development direction of Linyang Energy Group. Mr. Lu expressed his willingness to review the results of cooperation between both sides, summarize the experience in cooperation, determine the ideas and directions of follow-up cooperation, and make every effort to promote the vertical in-depth cooperation in the exploration, development, planning and construction of new energy, integrated smart energy, county-wide PV and other fields.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both sides will play their respective advantages and cooperate in integrated smart energy, PV power, hydrogen energy utilization, incremental power distribution network and power sales, enterprise culture construction and application, new energy system solutions, etc., to jointly explore the domestic market, take root in Hubei Province, achieve a win-win situation, help promote the realization of the new development pattern of domestic large cycle, promote the achievement of the "3060" target, and boost the rural revitalization and beautiful countryside construction.
