CPID Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with State Grid Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd.

On February 23, 2022, Mr. Gao Ping, Executive Director and President of CPID, and Mr. Xu Ji, Chief Accountant of CPID, met with Mr. Yan Huafeng, Chairman of State Grid Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd., and they carried out in-depth discussion on further strengthening the all-round strategic cooperation between both sides. Mr. Xu signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of CPID with State Grid Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd.

Before the signing ceremony, both sides held a meeting. Mr. Gao briefly introduced CPID's basic situation, development path and achievements in new energy, green electric transportation, energy storage, hydrogen energy, geothermal energy, rural revitalization, etc.

Mr. Gao said that CPID was actively implementing the major strategic deployment of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "building a new power system with new energy as the mainstay" and the "3060" target. He said that CPID was willing to cooperate with State Grid Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd., relying on the advantages of SGCC's new energy cloud big data and big platform, to jointly promote high-quality development of distributed PV power industry, accelerate all-round long-term strategic cooperation between both sides in county-wide distributed PV power, regional green energy consumption, smart energy services, digital innovation, virtual power plants, etc., and create a new model of cooperation between enterprises directly under the Central Government.

Mr. Yan extended a warm welcome to Mr. Gao and his delegation, and briefly introduced the current business development and advantages of State Grid Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. in digital platform construction, new energy digital services, etc., and hoped that both sides would give full play to their respective advantages, accelerate the implementation of projects, and achieve win-win cooperation in the context of the "3060" target.
