Hubei Power Generation Company Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Jianghan Petroleum Administration

On February 25, 2022, Hubei Power Generation Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jianghan Petroleum Administration. Mr. Zou Zhenyu, GM of Hubei Power Generation Company, Mr. Zhang Hongtao, Vice GM of Hubei Power Generation Company, Mr. Hu Degao, GM of Jianghan Oilfield, and Mr. Wang Hui, Vice GM of Jianghan Oilfield, attended the signing ceremony.

Mr. Zou introduced the development and strategic planning of SPIC and Hubei Power Generation Company in recent years, as well as their performance and unique advantages in clean energy and integrated smart energy. Mr. Zou expressed the hope that both sides would give full play to their respective advantages and carry out in-depth cooperation in clean energy development and utilization, energy system optimization, energy conservation and carbon emission reduction, and integrated smart energy.

Mr. Hu extended a warm welcome to Mr. Zou and his delegation, expressed his appreciation for SPIC's achievements in clean energy development and utilization, and introduced the basics, current development situation and medium- and long-term development plans of Jianghan Oilfield, hoping that both sides would strengthen communication and cooperation in clean energy utilization, distributed energy, shale gas development and utilization, etc.

After the meeting, both sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, both sides will give full play to their respective advantages, carry out in-depth cooperation in industrial investment, integrated smart energy, energy services, industrial synergy, etc., promote the common development of both sides in sci-tech innovation, energy conservation and emission reduction, green low-carbon development, etc., and jointly boost the realization of the "3060" target.
