SPIC Hubei Branch Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Urban-Rural

On March 18, 2022, SPIC Hubei Branch signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Urban-Rural Construction Group Co., Ltd. ("China Urban-Rural"). Mr. Zou Zhenyu, General Manager of SPIC Hubei Branch, Mr. Kang Zhuo, General Manager of China Urban-Rural, and Mr. Zheng Zhong, President of China Urban-Rural Ecological Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony and had a talk.

During the talk, the two sides conducted a profound exchange on the development of new energy and the business in connection with peaking carbon emissions and carbon neutrality. Mr. Zou Zhenyu extended a warm welcome to the delegation led by Mr. Kang Zhuo, gave a detail introduction of SPIC's corporate culture, national major projects undertaken by SPIC, development features, innovative achievements and concepts of opening up and cooperation of SPIC, as well as the development of Hubei Branch. Also he expressed the willingness of integrating the strength of Hubei Branch with that of China Urban-Rural to promote the implementation of projects. Mr. Kang Zhuo highly praised Hubei Branch's development, gave an introduction of the historical development, business operation and development strategy of China Urban-Rural, and expressed his willingness of strengthening cooperation with Hubei Branch in distributed energy, project engineering, and other fields.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both sides will give full play to their respective advantages and cooperate in the fields of clean energy, integrated smart energy, urbanization, rural revitalization, ecological civilization, and scientific and technological innovation.
