Hubei Power Sales Company Awarded AAA Grade in Operation Evaluation

In early 2022, Hubei Power Trading Center organized the operation evaluation of 40 power sales companies for the year 2021 in order to effectively supervise the behavior of market trading subjects, prevent market risks and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of power market subjects. On April 13, 2022, Hubei Power Sales Company was ranked first in the operation evaluation of power sales companies with a comprehensive score of 905, and was rated AAA grade.

As one of the first approved power sales companies in Hubei Province, the company started to participate in market transactions in 2018. It always adheres to the service concept of "customer first, high quality and high efficiency" and adopts the dual channel of "regular declaration" and "real-time feedback" to collect and adjust customer data in a timely manner, carefully calculate and plan the power demand, and ensure electricity supply to the customers amid the power system reform.
