Fuxi Fuel Quality Inspection Center Accredited by CNAS

Recently, Fuxi Fuel Quality Inspection Center was accredited by CNAS. The accreditation signifies that center has a nationally recognized laboratory management level and international standard testing capability, and the reports issued by it are recognized by accreditation bodies in countries and regions that have signed mutual recognition agreements.

CNAS is the only institution in China approved and authorized by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the PRC to issue national accreditation for laboratories.

In February 2021, Fuxi Fuel Quality Inspection Center started its journey to obtain the CNAS accreditation. Since the start of the application process, the center has carried out trial operation in strict accordance with the management system, and has organized preliminary research and planning, measurement audits, laboratory proficiency testing, internal reviews, management reviews, document reviews, on-site reviews and on-site non-conformity rectifications, during which accreditation guidelines, measurement uncertainty assessment, internal auditor training and quality manuals and procedure documents were disseminated and studied.

In late February 2022, the CNAS expert review team conducted on-site review of the center. The review team fully affirmed the quality management system operation of the center, considered that the management system and technical capability of the center met the requirements of CNAS accreditation, and agreed that the on-site review was passed and the center was successfully accredited.
