SPIC Guangxi Completes Wind Turbine Renovation in Yueliangshan Wind Farm

By the end of June 2022, SPIC Guangxi Xing'an Wind Power Company completed the renovation of 16 sets of 2.0 MW wind turbines in Yueliangshan Wind Farm.

During the renovation, the company analyzed the wind turbine operation data carefully, invited SPIC's Wind Power Innovation Center and Goldwind to conduct technical exchanges and analyses, fully tapped the potential of power increase, and prepared the efficiency improvement plan based on the results of operation analysis. Preliminary calculations showed that the renovation is expected to improve the annual average energy production of the 16 wind turbines by 1.5%.

In the coming windy period, the company will closely monitor the changes in operating parameters after the renovation, and re-calculate the safety load and energy production increase to ensure success in the quality and efficiency improvement.
