CPID Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Lesso

On July 7, 2022, CPID signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Lesso in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Mr. Zhao Yonggang, Vice President of CPID, and Mr. Dai Hao, Vice President of China Lesso, attended the meeting and signed the agreement.

Mr. Zhao introduced CPID's strategic development direction, industrial distribution and achievements in new energy, energy storage, hydrogen energy, green electric transportation and rural revitalization, and expressed CPID's willingness to work with strategic partners to achieve win-win cooperation in new energy and other fields.

Mr. Dai introduced the development history, business model, core technologies, talent advantages and industrial distribution of China Lesso. He said that China Lesso started late in PV module manufacturing and new energy development, and hoped to have all-round cooperation with CPID, to give full play to CPID's advantages in new energy development and rural revitalization.

Both sides had an in-depth discussion on the areas and modes of their cooperation, and reached a consensus. Both sides expressed that they would give full play to their respective advantages in technology and resources, carry out all-round cooperation in fields such as new energy development, green electric transportation, rural revitalization, energy storage, battery swap for heavy trucks, etc., and set up a working team to promote project implementation and achieve high-quality cooperation and win-win results.
