SPIC Shandong Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Gaoqing County

On July 12, 2022, Mr. Zheng Haicun, General Manager of SPIC Shandong, met with Mr. Liu Xuesheng, Party Secretary of Gaoqing County, and both sides exchanged ideas and signed a strategic cooperation agreement, with a view to help Gaoqing County achieve the "3060" target.

Mr. Liu hoped that SPIC Shandong and Gaoqing County would continue to maintain close cooperation and combine SPIC's technology and financial strengths with Gaoqing's advantages, to formulate new strategies and plans that can promote the replacement of old growth drivers and boost clean energy transition. Gaoqing County would try its utmost to provide necessary services and support, to help promote the country's green and low-carbon development.

Mr. Zheng thanked the Government of Gaoqing County for its recognition of and support to SPIC, and said that the company would accelerate the investment and construction of new energy projects, provide industry-leading comprehensive energy solutions for local enterprises, promote the development of industrial integration in the county, and make positive contributions to the industrial transformation and upgrading and socio-economic development of Gaoqing County.

The execution of the agreement is an important support for Gaoqing County to implement China's "3060" target and the country's "five-region" strategy, as well as a good opportunity to promote the high-quality development of SPIC Shandong.
