CPID (02380.HK): CPID Works with Haishu District of Ningbo City on Rooftop PV Power Projects and Green Energy Transition

Recently, China Power International Development Limited (China Power or CPID, stock code: 02380.HK) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Haishu District Government of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province.

According to the agreement, CPID will vigorously develop new energy sources such as wind power and solar power, and promote the construction of rooftop PV power projects and the green energy transition in industrial parks based on the availability of wind and solar resources, energy structure transition, park development and rural revitalization in Haishu District. In addition, CPID will build a new type of power system, accelerate the realization of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, and provide clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient power support for Haishu District, on the basis of green energy transportation, green power trading, new energy storage, virtual power plant, carbon trading and other projects.

Haishu District will support CPID’s registration, industrial planning and resource allocation, promote the deepening of comprehensive strategic cooperation, and provide a favorable external environment for CPID's project development and investment in the region.
