CPID Launches Training on Listing Regulatory Compliance and Internal Risk Control

On September 29, 2022, CPID organized a training on listing regulatory compliance and internal risk control.

In terms of listing regulatory compliance, a systematic introduction was made to the laws and regulations of Hong Kong and the relevant rules of HKEX that CPID, as a listed company on HKEX, should comply with, with a detailed analysis of insider information, statutory disclosure, disclosure of interests, connected transactions and legal liabilities of listed companies involved in the day-to-day operation of CPID in conjunction with the recent transaction cases of CPID.

In terms of internal risk control, a systematic introduction was made to the regulatory requirements for internal risk control of enterprises under the Central Government, the management concept, framework and elements of internal risk control, and the possible solutions to improve internal risk control, with a focus on the matters that need attention in the work with typical management cases of internal risk control.

More than 400 participants from CPID's headquarters and branches attended the training, which effectively strengthened the participants' knowledge and practice of regulatory compliance and internal risk control, and enhanced their awareness and capability of regulatory compliance and risk control.
