Mr. Liu Hui, Deputy Governor of Anhui Province, Visits Pingwei Power Generation Company

Recently, Mr. Liu Hui, Member of the Standing Committee of Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Governor of Anhui Province, and his delegation visited Pingwei Power Generation Company. Mr. Li Bifang, Deputy Secretary General of Anhui Provincial Government, Mr. Chen Jun, Director of Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Mr. Xu Zhi, Deputy Director of Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Mr. Zhang Zhiqiang, Mayor of Huainan Municipal Government, and Mr. Sun Lianghong, Deputy Mayor of Huainan Municipal Government, participated in the visit.

Mr. Liu and his delegation first visited the site of Phase III Project, to know the company's energy supply, production and operation. Mr. Liu pointed out that Pingwei Power Generation Company, as the largest power generation enterprise in Anhui Province, should respond positively to the requirements for power supply, ensure the security of energy supply, provide heat supply for the surrounding heat consumers, carry out green power trading, energy conversion and other multi-domain cooperation, give full play to the energy efficiency advantage of large units, promote cascade use of energy, provide diversified energy products and services, and strive to realize the clean and efficient use of coal.

During the visit, Mr. Liu and his delegation listened in detail to the report on the development of Phase IV project. Mr. Liu requested to accelerate the supporting power projects such as Pingwei expansion project, deepen the cooperation on "coal-based power + new energy" and new integrated energy base, strive to build a regional energy supply center, and provide strong support for Anhui Province to build a new energy system.
