Pingwei No. 3 Power Generation Company Becomes One of Top 10 Foreign-capital Tax Payers in Anhui Province

Recently, the Government of Anhui Province held a conference on comprehensive improvement of work efficiency in Hefei, Anhui Province, and Pingwei No. 3 Power Generation Company, a subsidiary of CPID, won the title of "Top 10 Foreign-capital Tax Payers in 2022". Mr. Fan Shouxiang, General Manager of Pingwei No. 3 Power Generation Company received the award on behalf of the company.

Since 2021, the company has achieved outstanding results, despite the rising prices of coal and other upstream resource products and the repeated surges of COVID-19, by improving power generation and sales, securing the supply of coal under long-term contracts, and overcoming lots of difficulties.

According to statistics, since its commercial operation in 2015, the company has achieved a cumulative operating income of RMB26.7 billion, which includes RMB4.58 billion in 2022, and has paid a cumulative tax of RMB1.865 billion, which includes RMB358 million in 2022.
