CPID Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreements with Oriental Yuhong and BGE

On February 6, 2023, Mr. He Xi, Chief Engineer (New Energy) of SPIC and Chairman of CPID, met with Mr. Li Weiguo, Chairman of Oriental Yuhong and Chairman of BGE, and his delegation at CPID's headquarters. Mr. He and Mr. Li witnessed the signing of strategic cooperation agreements. Mr. Gao Ping, Executive Director and President of CPID, Mr. Fu Jinsong, Vice President and Chairman of Labor Union of CPID, Mr. Shou Rufeng, Vice President of CPID, Mr. Zhao Yonggang, Vice President of CPID, Mr. Zhang Hongtao, Vice President of Oriental Yuhong, and Mr. Ling Jinming, President of BGE, attended the signing ceremony.

Mr. He Xi extended a warm welcome to Mr. Li and his delegation, and introduced CPID's general situation, especially its experience and advantages in developing new energy, waste-to-energy, emerging industries, comprehensive utilization of power generation by-products, international development and so on. Mr. He said that Oriental Yuhong and BGE had a highly efficient management mechanism and strong sci-tech strength, and CPID had the advantages in capital, industry and talents. He hoped that the three sides could work closely to speed up the follow-up communication and connection, solidify the basis for cooperation, and promote the implementation of cooperation projects.

Mr. Li expressed his gratitude to CPID for its warm reception, introduced the outstanding performance and development plan of Oriental Yuhong in construction, building materials and system services, and BGE's development in solid waste treatment and environmental remediation, and said that Oriental Yuhong and BGE had the basis for in-depth cooperation with CPID in many fields. Mr. Li hoped that the three sides could increase cooperation in the future, innovate cooperation modes, expand cooperation fields, continue to provide the market and customers with greener products and services with better performance and higher standard, and achieve high-quality development.

The agreements were signed by the three sides on the principle of "complementary advantages, market orientation, mutual benefit and win-win" on new energy development, waste-to-energy, building waterproofing, PV power, energy saving, solid waste utilization, environmental governance, international development, etc. The three sides will give full play to their advantages, accelerate the cooperation projects, and push green and low-carbon high-quality development to the next level.
