Mr. Gao Ping Meets with Mr. Wang Shisen, General Manager of Huaihe Energy

Recently, Mr. Gao Ping, Executive Director and President of CPID, met with Mr. Wang Shisen, General Manager of Huaihe Energy (Group) Co., Ltd. Both sides had an in-depth exchange of views on coal supply, equity cooperation, and power transmission from Inner Mongolia to Anhui.

On behalf of CPID, Mr. Gao firstly thanked Huaihe Energy for its continuous support. Mr. Gao said that Huaihe Energy is an important partner of CPID, and both sides have established a close relationship in the long-term cooperation. He hoped that both sides would continue to take advantage of the synergistic development of coal and electricity, promote Pingwei IV project, explore cooperation opportunities in coal-fired power, coal mines and "three new" industries, expand areas of cooperation, promote power transmission from Inner Mongolia to Anhui, and improve the security of national energy supply.

On behalf of Huaihe Energy, Mr. Wang welcomed Mr. Gao and his delegation. Mr. Wang said that Huaihe Energy would seize the opportunity in power industry development, deepen the long-term friendly relationship with CPID, spare no effort to guarantee coal supply, and promote the high-quality start of Pingwei IV project. He hoped that both sides would strengthen the capital ties, give full play to their comparative advantages, promote the inclusion of power transmission from Inner Mongolia to Anhui in the mid-term adjustment projects of the national 14th Five-Year Plan, expand areas of cooperation, and strive for win-win results.

Mr. Li Xiangyang, Deputy General Manager of Huaihe Energy, and Mr. Fang Xianfeng, Deputy Chief Engineer of CPID, attended the meeting.
