Shangqiu CHP Power Company Wins Title of "2022 Quality Service Unit in Shangqiu City Management System"

Recently, Shangqiu City Administration held the 2023 City Management System Work Conference, at which advanced individuals and advanced organizations were commended, and CPID's Shangqiu CHP Power Company won the honorary title of "2022 Quality Service Unit in Shangqiu City Management System".

In the 2021-2022 heating season, the company did a good job in ensuring reliable heat supply. Before the heating season, the company completed the maintenance of the main heat network, heat supply pipeline inspection shafts, and heat exchange stations, and actively dealt with equipment defects to ensure the safety and reliability of heating equipment. Relying on scientific dispatching, strengthened inspection, and optimization services during the heating season, the company achieved for the first time 127 days of continuous safe operation of the heat network, and achieved an excellent result of 100% timely repair rate and 100% satisfaction rate, demonstrating the central enterprise's role of "safeguarding people's livelihood".
