Guangxi Changzhou Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. Signs Cooperation Agreement on Clean Energy Projects with Changzhou Government

Recently, Guangxi Changzhou Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. of SPIC was invited to participate in the New Year's "First Signing" Project Signing Ceremony in Changzhou District, Wuzhou City, Guangxi Province. At the ceremony, Guangxi Changzhou Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. and Changzhou District People's Government signed an agreement on the development of clean energy projects in Changzhou District, including centralized shared energy storage project, rural revitalization + decentralized wind power project, and zero carbon Sizhou Island project.

According to the agreement, both sides will, based on the principle of complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win, and joint development, deeply grasp the new features and requirements of clean energy, provide energy development momentum with reform and innovation, respond to changes in the situation with clean and low-carbon power, support system synergy with digital interconnection, improve development quality with energy saving and consumption reduction, and build a regional clean and low-carbon, efficient and safe, innovative and synergistic, smart and diversified, open and shared modern energy system in Changzhou District. The agreement stipulates that the Changzhou government will provide support and assistance in project data collection, project approval procedures, project land use, preferential policies, demonstration project branding, etc. to solve problems for project construction, ensure the speed and efficiency of project construction, and promote the high-quality development of regional economy in Changzhou.
